VMware Importer makes it easy to convert your existing Parallels Desktop or Virtual PC 7.0 for Mac virtual machines to run with VMware Fusion.

VMware Importer will create a VMware Fusion-compatible copy of your existing virtual machine, leaving your original virtual machine untouched. It's that easy.
Due to differences in virtual hardware between Parallels Desktop, Virtual PC 7.0 for Mac, and VMware Fusion, you will need to reactivate Windows once you run your converted virtual machine in VMware Fusion for the first time.
