Better support for Asio USB drivers, new Asio setup and tutorial sections added to the help, popup menu added to wave editor and spectrum analyser.

The player, recorder, and wave editor will now load mp3 files, as well as load and save wma files. The way the options window works has been improved to make it more user friendly.
