Invest64 3.2

Invest64 shows investors a total view of their entire portfolio supporting any kind of investment type. 14 Types such as Property, Shares, Funds, Options, Businesses, etc. are already available plus other customisable types.
It handles many languages, unlimited currencies, unlimited securities and profiles. It gives a perfect view of the annual return for an investment, taking into account the actual cash flow. Therefore, gearing, interest only, principal and interest, selling costs, regular repayments will be considered properly.
Transaction types are unlimited, which means even plumber costs for an investment property will be considered. All investments can be linked to securities, such as property, shares, options or even a coin collection or a racehorse. Additionally investment types and transaction types can be defined, which means even very specific tax implications can be customized. The user can define even every single field for each transaction type. For instance plumber costs for an investment property or regular agistment fees for a racehorse will be considered.

An unlimited number of portfolios can be easily defined such as retirement, family or single holder. Investments can be reused among different portfolios. The result data can be displayed in 18 different graphs/lists and favourites can be defined to access them quickly. The graphs show the results by investment institution, account, portfolios or holder. Even these portfolios show the proper annual returns considering actual cash flows.
A modern user interface with multi window, multi view architecture allows easy handling of the application. Help can be directly started from the application. Finally features like three different look and feels, history, loan simulators, security administrators, unit prices for securities and currencies make Invest64 an easily usable and customisable investment tool.
