LiveProject Project Collaboration is an application that enables you to collaborate on Microsoft Project plans (mpp files) with your team. Managers upload project plans to their account, and team members can use LiveProject as a project viewer to instantly see the entire plan. With a few clicks, they can drill down to their own tasks and maintain a "live" view of project activity.

Team members make changes to the project plans, which are treated as "pending" until the manager approves/rejects them. Each change is visible "live" to the entire team. Updates to the project plan are automatically distributed without needing to refresh. With LiveProject, the process is almost entirely automatic, and your team will stay informed throughout the life of your projects.

Allowing your team to make suggestions to your plan not only improves the quality of the plan, but it also holds your team accountable for changes it makes. With a "live" view, each team member will feel empowered yet responsible for doing the best job possible. LiveProject makes project planning a two-way street, instead of a managers-only task.

LiveProject works across business units, or with external clients or partners. The built-in user management functionality allows you to share just the information needed for each external company. All connections are encrypted with SSL. Your projects are safe on our server, encrypted with a strong individual account key.
