Do you feel you are working all the time and cannot finish by the untimely end of the day? Do you remember all the tasks that are not complete or how long it takes to do certain repetitive tasks? Xpert-Timer is a single application that can improve your project management skills by generously providing your team with simple to understand precise statistics and activity reports, which drill down by specific users and/or projects.
The networkable program includes a To-Do list, a document- and clientmanagement as well as a reporting function. Export or print the statistics in various formats. You can also create right groups in order to forbid access to certain functions. The Xpert-Timer offers an option of a floating timebar on your desktop, which shows you the active project as well as the time you've been working on it. You can always keep an eye on your time.
An optional synchronization module allows you to record your times offline and synchronize them with the main database once you reconnect to it.
A reporting module lets you create your favoured reports. All you need is basic SQL knowledge.
