as it is unmodified and we are notified of its inclusion and given credit in the book/magazine. You may include the setup or installation
program of this software on a CD-ROM or other media as part of a shareware package as long as the target CD-ROM or media
is clearly marked as shareware and the setup or installation program remain unaltered and you do not charge the customer for
more than the price of the media. The origin of this software must not be misrepresented, you must not claim that you wrote
