Adolix Email Backup distribution permissions

Adolix grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence for distribution of the shareware ( unregistered ) version of Adolix Email Backup only as follows:
1. Individual users are allowed and encouraged to give copies of the shareware ( unregistered ) version of Adolix Email Backup to any person they wish, including family members, friends, and co-workers, but only without charge.
2. Rackware vendors/cd-rom publishers and resellers are allowed and encouraged to sell the shareware ( unregistered ) version of Adolix Email Backup on shareware racks in retail locations and/or on CD-ROMs without prior approval from Adolix, but a notification e-mail is required. ( We would like to know who, when and where ).
3. None of the files of the shareware version of Adolix Email Backup are permitted to be modified and no files may be added.
