DISTRIBUTION. Licensee is hereby licensed to make as many copies of the this software and
documentation as desired. Licensee may distribute the Software and documentation in its unmodified
form via electronic or physical means. There is no charge for this.

Licensee is specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however
made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or
otherwise) without prior written permission.

INDEMNIFICATION BY LICENSEE. If Licensee distributes the Software in violation of this Agreement,
Licensee agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Licensor from and against any claims or
lawsuits, including attorney's fees that arise or result from the use or distribution of the Software in
violation of the EULA.
