Archivarius 3000 distribution permissions

The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement (LICENSE.TXT) regarding the distribution of the Shareware Version of Archivarius 3000: BBSs, disk vendors, online services, and other shareware distributors may distribute the Shareware Version of Archivarius 3000 with the following conditions: 1) All of the distribution files must be included unmodified: 2) Nothing may be charged for the software other than a nominal fee for the distribution costs.
