buySAFE Shopping Advisor distribution permissions

This version of the buySAFE Shopping Advisor (Software) is provided to the user at no charge. It can be freely distributed provided that none of its files is deleted or modified and that no charges are incurred.

You may: Install and use the Software only on as many units (typically handheld devices, personal computers, servers or other hardware) as stated in the Shopping Advisor End User License Agreement. In case the Software or its services are shared through a network, you must have a license for the total number of users whom the Software provides services to. In that case, you may install the Software on as many units as needed. You may not: A) Install and use the Software against these License Terms, the Shopping Advisor End User License Agreement or the related documentation. B) Modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, resell, distribute or create derivative works based upon the Software or any part thereof. C) Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to any human-perceivable form as the Software contains or may contain trade secrets of buySAFE and its partners. D) Use the documentation for any purpose other than to support your use of the Software. Please contact buySAFE directly if you are interested in any other rights to the Software other than those granted in this Agreement.

This product can be freely distributed through the Internet. You may also distribute on CD ROMs.

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Software as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the Software (not the files resulting of an installation). You are not allowed to sell or charge anything for the Software (except for shipment and handling charges in the case of CD ROM distribution).
