Custom Addressbook distribution permissions

Custom Addressbook may be distributed and copied freely under the following conditions: (1) The program package file (zip file or self-installing exe file) and any of its containing files may not be altered. (2) You do not charge anything for the program itself except a nominal fee to cover distribution fees and media (CD, DVD, etc.) costs.
