Desktop Lectionary distribution permissions

Don't try to put this on a cd or on ftp since it won't work there -- I don't disallow this but it's pointless.
It will work if you save it to your own http file tree, but you need to keep the address the same - I'd prefer you not,
this will facilitate updating for users. It's best just to point users to the direct download link at watercourse.net.
