DirectUpdate distribution permissions

The trial version of DirectUpdate is available for distribution by any party.
Anyone may distribute the complete and unregistered version of DirectUpdate for any kind of remuneration (if so, you must specify that this program is a shareware not a freeware).

But, you may NOT distribute valid registration codes without our prior agreement.
This authorization will be automatically granted to distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering DirectUpdate immediately.

You are encouraged to pass a copy of the trial version of TwinPlayer along to your friends for evaluation.
