Distribution - This version of the Software may be freely distributed provided that (i) such distribution includes only the original archive supplied to you by DivXNetworks, Inc., (ii) you make no deletions, additions or modifications to the original archive or modify in any manner any portion of the Software or installer, (iii) you receive no consideration from a recipient of the Software other than the reasonable cost of packaging and handling, (iv) you provide advance e-mail or postal mail notice to DivXNetworks, Inc. that you are distributing the Software and, in the event that the Software is distributed with other media or software, receive the prior written approval of DivXNetworks, Inc. to such distribution and (v) agree to report to DivXNetworks, Inc., upon its request, the number of units of Software distributed.
