2. Rights of Distribution

You have the license to place this software on bulletin board systems, information systems, shareware compilations, websites, or on CD-ROM compilations, provided that you distribute the ENTIRE version of this software unmodified (See section "Modification"). Although it is not required, it is appreciated if you contact the author (Andrew Malek of Envision Programming) before distributing this software to ensure you have the right version.

Whenever this software is distributed, it must be marked as "Shareware" and not "Freeware" or "Public Domain". If this software is bundled together in a package requiring payment, it must be clearly noted that any money paid towards the bundle does not go towards registering this software.

3. Modification

You may not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or in any way tamper this software product. You may not remove proprietary labels or notices in this software.
