Easy SMTP Server distribution permissions

The distribution agreement to Easy SMTP Server (ESS). The ESS is distributed as shareware. This means:
1. All copyrights to ESS are exclusively owned by the author - SoftFolder Inc.
2. The ESS unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed if the provided distribution package is not modified. No person or no company may charge a fee for the ESS without written permission from the copyright holder.
