Equation Illustrator V distribution permissions

The program Equation Illustrator V may be freely distributed as eqv-evaluationXXX.exe and no charge must be
made for distribution other than with permission from the author Gordon Whittam. The program
must not be bundled with other applications where a charge is being made for distribution without
permission from the author. The program may be included on magazine cover cds without contacting
the author but notification to the author would be appreciated.
