gljakal`s To Do can be freely distributed via the web, shareware CDs, freeware CDs, and any other distribution device or channel provided that (i) The distribution package (i.e. the setup file) remains unchanged (ii) The intellectual property in the Software is not misinterpreted. Title, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain that of Loris Bognanni.
