LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE: The following may distribute
the GRADEBOOK POWER evaluation version, completely unaltered, without
further permission: members in good standing of the Association of
Shareware Professionals; The URLs listed in the Web_Info section of this file
may be linked to without further permission being sought by World Wide Web
sites publicizing software products.

For other cases or to distribute in modified form, you must contact WISCO COMPUTING for distribution requirements.

Permission to distribute the GRADEBOOK POWER package is not
transferable, assignable, saleable, or franchisable. Each vendor
wishing to distribute the package must independently satisfy the terms
of this limited distribution license.

WISCO Computing may revoke any permissions granted here, by notifying you in writing. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to WISCO Computing.
