Software Distribution Agreement: We allow and encourage all websites, magazines, CD-ROM vendors and end-users to distribute the free trial versions (Demo or Shareware) and the free version (Freeware) of our software products distributed through our website www.ipcsol.com. The products of IPC Solutions Ltd. are distributed as shareware or freeware. You have our authorization for distributing the free trial versions and the free versions of our products. Shareware is known as Try Before You Buy software. The trial version of our shareware products are free for evaluation, payment is required if you wish to continue using it with advanced features. Freeware is the software that is available for use at no cost or for an optional fee. Freeware is different from shareware, where the user is obligated to pay for additional functionality. You have our authorization for distributing the freeware version and the free trial versions of our products for totally free, according to the License Agreements and the Distribution Policy below: 1. Such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by IPC Solutions Ltd. You may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive. 2. The distribution does not include full version applications and/or registration key files. In particular, you may not distribute a registered piece of this software product. 3. No money is charged to the person receiving this software product, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead. If IPC Solutions Ltd. finds that you have violated any of the terms of this Distribution Agreement and the Software License Agreement, We may terminate the Software License Agreement and the Software Distribution Agreement for any reason. Upon notification of termination, you must agree to destroy all copies of the software products and documentations provided and/or created by IPC Solutions Ltd.
