iPong distribution permissions

iPong 3 ("the Software") is freeware, available for use without charge, but copyright is retained by the author (Damian Prendergast).

The Software may be distributed on CDs and other media provided no false claims are made regarding its authorship and it is made clear to customers that any payment is for the media, not the Software.

The above copyright notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
