Distribution Agreement governing MathtoWeb

You are hereby licensed to make unmodified copies of the installation software (installation executables and/or jar file(s)) providing that it is done for the sole purpose of distributing it to others for evaluation. You are expressly prohibited from selling, sublicensing, requesting donations, renting, leasing, pledging, or charging in any way for such copies, howsoever made, without obtaining express prior written permission from Paul Hunter with no exceptions (see the contact information below). You may not directly or indirectly offer or transmit only portions of the software. You may offer the software to your customers as promotional material on CDs or DVDs or other electronic media, if for example, you are a magazine or journal publisher or some other type of media publisher. The key point is that you may not directly request money (or the equivalent) for the software itself. Distributing the software in a way that increases its exposure, and benefits the distributor, is just fine and, in fact, is greatly appreciated.
