Memory for The Beatles distribution permissions

If you would like to distribute the program, please read the following stated below. If you have any questions that are not answered here, please don't hesitate to contact support@thebeatlesforever.com.
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Memory for The Beatles program as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the Memory for The Beatles program (you must distribute the file memory_setup.exe, not the files resulting of an installation).

You are not allowed to sell the Memory for The Beatles program (except for shipment and handling charges). Computer's Magazines are authorised to distribute it on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission. Please inform me by email (support@thebeatlesforever.com) each time you distribute the Memory for The Beatles program.
