DEVICODE TECHNOLGY LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SHAREWARE PRODUCTS

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This license agreement ("AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you (either as an individual or a single entity) and Devicode Technology ("DEVICODE") for the software product identified above, including any associated media and accompanying on-line or printed documentation and also any future versions, patches or updates ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
By installing, copying, accessing or otherwise using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this AGREEMENT.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is owned by DEVICODE and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The software is licensed, not sold.


This LICENSE grants you the following rights and limitations:
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is a Shareware program, and is provided at no charge to users for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends and colleagues, but please do not give it away altered or as part of another system.
If you find this SOFTWARE PRODUCT useful, and you are continuing to use it after the trial period of 30 days, you must make a registration payment. In return you will be given a registration number to allow full access to all features.
The registration fee will license one copy for use on any one computer at any one time. Site Licence arrangements may be made by contacting DEVICODE.
Any person or organization wanting to distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for profit must first contact DEVICODE for authorization.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make changes to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way.
