Rich Mailer distribution permissions

The distribution agreement to Rich Mailer (RM). The RM is distributed as shareware. This means:
1. All copyrights to RM are exclusively owned by the author - SoftFolder Inc.
2. The RM unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed if the provided distribution package is not modified. No person or no company may charge a fee for the RM without written permission from the copyright holder.
