SchedulerLite distribution permissions

Atkinson, Inglis & Associates ("atina") Distribution Agreement for the software product SchedulerLite.

You may, without making any payment to atina:

a) give exact copies of this evaluation version of SchedulerLite to anyone, except for the purpose of extending their 30 day evaluation period;
b) distribute exact copies of this evaluation version of SchedulerLite if done exclusively through electronic channels or on digital media (e.g. CD); and
c) make as many exact copies of this evaluation version of SchedulerLite as you wish, for purposes of distribution as described in (a) and (b) above.

You are specifically prohibited from modifying this evaluation version of SchedulerLite.

You are specifically prohibited from distributing anything other than an exact copy of the evaluation version of SchedulerLite (e.g. parts of the evaluation copy).

You may charge a fee for the service of distributing the software (e.g. cost of CD plus copying it to CD plus postage). You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any other service without prior written permission from atina. You are specifically prohibited from selling SchedulerLite without prior written permission from atina.

atina reserves the right to revoke the above distribution rights at any time, for any or no reason.
