SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT FOR SLIC - SOFTWARE LIFECYCLE CONSTRUCTION

GRANT OF LICENSE:
Subject to the terms below, Talon Computing hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to distribute SLIC - SOFTWARE LIFECYCLE CONSTRUCTION (`Software`).

Under this license, you may:
1. distribute the SLIC - SOFTWARE LIFECYCLE CONSTRUCTION installation program in unmodified
form to anyone.

Under this license, you may not:
1. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software or attempt to discover the source code;
2. modify, or create derivative works based upon, the Software in whole or in part without the express
written consent of Talon Computing;
3. remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;
4. resell, lease, rent, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
5. You may not distribute the software licenses (original or backup copies) to others (computers or end-
users).
