SmarterMail distribution permissions

SmarterTools Inc., is the sole owner of SmarterMail software and are the sole Distributors of SmarterMail.

Licensee shall not copy, distribute, or modify the Software or license key with the exception that Licensee may create one copy of the Software for the sole purpose of backup as long as all copyright and other notices are reproduced and included on the backup copy.
