Anyone has permission to distribute the program without modifications via free channels.
You may upload it to free FTP servers or link to it from any shareware or freeware site.
You may burn it on a magazine cover CD and/or publish articles about the program.
I would appreciate a short e-mail notice about any magazine or online publication.
