and any associated services or support are being provided electronically and you agree that KS&G may communicate electronically with you for matters relating to the Software. Therefore, you agree to periodically visit the KS&G product website to examine the then-current Agreement (including the Privacy Policy).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused the Agreement to be executed to be effective as of the date that the software is first installed and run by a Customer or any end user and this Agreement is displayed by the computer upon which it is installed.
