TrafficTrapper Marketing Tool distribution permissions

This Software Distribution Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "AGREEMENT") is a legal AGREEMENT between you, and George Karamesinis Software Co. (hereinafter referred to as "AUTHOR") for distributing the computer software program entitled TrafficTrapper ("Random RSS Doorway Generator") Shareware Version (hereinafter referred to as "SOFTWARE").
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THEN DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE.
You may:
- install and use one (1) copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer.
You may not:
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction),
- modify the documentation or remove any copyright notices.
- create derivative works based on the Software;
- copy the Software (except as specified above);
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
- distribute the software or any parts of it.
This Agreement will shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: YOU AGREE THAT AUTHOR HAS MADE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES TO YOU REGARDING THE SOFTWARE AND THAT THE SOFTWARE IS BEING PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, OR NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL AUTHOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
