VUEMINDER CALENDAR PRO - DISTRIBUTION INFORMATION

NOTICE: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT.
DISTRIBUTION OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT
CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT
AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DISTRIBUTE THIS
SOFTWARE. DISTRIBUTION OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON
COMPLIANCE BY THE DISTRIBUTOR WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. LICENSE GRANT
VueSoft grants you a non-exclusive license to test this software in 30-Day
“Trial Version”, as indicated herein.

You MAY: (a) install and use the Trial Version for evaluation purpose only
during 30 days after the installation; (b) Redistribute the Trial Version by any
means (CDROM, Cover Disc, Web site...) as long as you do not change the
original package and distribute only the original install package.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You MAY NOT: (a) use the Trial Version after the evaluation period of 30 days;
(b) sell this Trial Version package (except for shipment and handling
charges); (c) cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation
or alteration of this Software; (d) remove any product identification, copyright
notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this Software; (e) copy
the documentation accompanying the software.

3. TRIAL VERSION DISTRIBUTION
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Trial Version as you
wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must
distribute the install form of the Trial Version (you must distribute the INSTALL
file, not the files resulting of an installation). You are not allowed to sell the Trial
Version (except for shipment and handling charges).
