This following licensing information is intended for Shareware
Distributors, Disk Vendors, BBS Sysops and any other individual or
company who wish to distribute the Evaluation version of Worship
Assistant.
Worship Assistant's Evaluation Distribution License

You are hereby granted a limited license to distribute the
unregistered Evaluation version of Worship Assistant, provided that
you satisfy all of the following conditions:
Condition 1: Any distribution which includes a charge to the recipient
of the distribution MUST include a notice or description of the
software. This notice MUST inform the buyer that the enclosed software
is and evaluation version. The notice should indicate that continued
use of the software after an evaluation period will require the
purchase of a license.
Condition 2: The Worship Assistant application must be distributed in
its entirety, in the form of its self-installing executable.
Condition 3: The distributor and associated distribution may not
contain any information that could be used by the recipient of the
distribution to circumvent the registration mechanism built into
Worship Assistant. The distributor and associated distribution may not
explicitly or implicitly provide codes which could activate the
application. The distributor acknowledges that ChurchAssist
Technologies retains exclusive rights to the administration of Worship
Assistant registration procedures and data.
Any distribution not complying to the above conditions must acquire
the prior, written consent of ChurchAssist Technologies.
ANY DISTRIBUTION NOT COMPLYING TO THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WITHOUT THE
PRIOR, WRITTEN CONSENT OF CHURCHASSIST TECHNOLOGIES IS IN VIOLATION OF
UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT LAWS.
