IconMaker enables the creation, editing, and saving of 16x16..64x64 in
8 pixel increments @ monochrome,16,256, and True Colors. IconMaker also
supports 32x32 monochrome cursors. Drawing tools include: pencil,
straight line, hollow/filled circle, hollow/filled rectangle,
rounded hollow/filled rectangle, flood fill, move/copy rectangle,
move/copy shape, eraser, curves, desktop snapshot, flip vertically/horizontally,
rotate, color subtitute, color selector, text insert, sharpening, softening,
edge detection, mirroring, gradient fill, color palette open/save, importing/exporting jpeg,gif,png,
tiff, and bmp files, You can also extract icons from icon DLL libraries such as shell32.dll. Free to try, save/export-disabled until registered.
