Desktop Snow for Windows makes snow fall behind your windows. You can configure the type/size/speed of flakes, the wind speed and characteristic, whether the snow falls as a blizzard or in flurries and whether or not it settles at the bottom or melts away. Makes a very jolly and wintery addition to any desktop. There are no restrictions in the shareware version.
