Finder Helper is a tiny application whose purpose is to create a tie between Internet Config and the Finder. The
application accepts an arbitrary URL type (such as "finder"), converts the URL to a Finder-understandable format, then
passes it to the Finder. The Finder opens the corresponding file, whatever it is, as if its icon had been double-clicked.
