SynchPPP will automatically open a specified program, like your browser, when a PPP (modem based) internet connection is opened.

The power of it is that it doesn't care about how you opened or closed that
connection (using the 'Remote Access Status' application, the 'Remote Access Control
Strip' module, by launching your browser, or whatever), as long as it's a PPP connection
(meaning your ordinary modem connection and a few odd cable modem connections - not
ADSL, nor most cable connections).
