1by1 End user license agreement

This is a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between<br />  you (either personal or corporate) and Martin Pesch<br />  ("Author") for the software product "1by1" ("Software").<br />  BY COPYING OR USING THE SOFTWARE IN ANY KIND, YOU AGREE<br />  TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS<br />  LICENSE AND DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT.<br /><br />  1by1 is FREEWARE. You can freely use this software and<br />  distribute copies of the ORIGINAL DISTRIBUTION FILE as long<br />  as NO ALTERATIONS are made to its contents and no charge is<br />  raised except a reasonable fee for distributing costs. Any<br />  other way of distribution of this software is prohibited.<br /><br />  This is not public domain software.
