Binjet License Agreement

1. License

By receiving and/or using Binjet software, you accept
the following License Agreement. This agreement is a
binding legal agreement between Kos Ventures Pty Ltd
("Vendor") and the users or evaluators of Vendor's
software and products. If you do not intend to honor
this agreement, remove all installed Vendor's software
from your computer now.


2. User Agreement

2.1. Software use

You may use this software free of charge.

2.2. Usage restrictions

The evaluator/user may not distribute this software
for any unlawful purpose or attempt to reverse engineer,
disassemble or decompile it.

2.3 Copyright restriction

Vendor's name, trademarks and any logo or graphics file
that represents our software may not be used, without our
explicit permission in writing. All parts of the Vendor's
software and products are copyright protected. No program,
code, part, image, video clip, audio sample, text or computer
generated sequence of images may be copied or used in any way
by the user except as intended within the bounds of the
single user program.

2.4. Limitation of responsibility

The evaluator/user of the Vendor's software will indemnify,
hold harmless, and defend the Vendor against lawsuits, claims,
costs associated with defense or accusations that result from
the use of the software.

The Vendor is not responsible for any damages whatsoever,
including loss of information, interruption of business,
personal injury and/or any damage or consequential damage
without limitation, incurred before, during or after the
use of our products.


3. Distribution

This software may not be distributed without explicit
permission from the Vendor.
