BioStat 2007 End user license agreement

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
The present license agreement (further "agreement") is the legal document concluded between you (the natural or legal person) and the author of the program of BioStat concerning the program of BioStat (further "program" or "software"), including the software recorded on appropriate media, any printed materials and any "built-in" or electronic documentation. Installing, copying, or otherwise using the program, you accept conditions of the present agreement. If you do not accept conditions of the given agreement you have no the right to use the given program. This software and accompanying written materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Further, the author(s) does
not warrant, guarantee, or take any representations regarding the use, or the results of use, of the software or written materials in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability,
currentness or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the software is assumed by you.

LICENCE
is protected by laws and international agreements on copyrights, and also other laws and the agreements regulating relations of the copyright. The program is licensed, instead of sold.

SCOPE OF LICENSE
The present agreement gives you below-mentioned rights:
Usage of the program. The installation and usage of one copy of the program on number of the computers indicated in the license authorized.
Storage and usage in a network. The storage, the installation and launching of a copy of the program from the shared storage device is authorized. Thus for each computer on which the given program is established or started from a network server, it is necessary to acquire the separate license. The license for the program does not admit joint or simultaneous usage of the program on different computers.

DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
1.Limitations on opening of technology, decompiling and disassembling. It is not authorized to decompile and disassemble the program, behind elimination and only in that degree in which such operations are obviously permitted the current legislation, despite of availability in the agreement of the given limitation.
2.Separation of the program. The program is licensed as a unit. She cannot be divided into component parts for usage on several computers.
3.Hire. It is not authorized to grant the program in hire or in temporary use.
4.Services on technical support. The author renders service on technical support of software products (further " services on technical support "). Any additional programs and the source texts transferred to you as a result of rendering of services on technical support, should be considered as the constituent of the program and fall, thus, under an operation of limitations and conditions of the given agreement. Specifications, which are, informed a service of technical support during the circulation, can be used by me for the internal purposes, including technical support of software products and software engineering. The author will not use data of an information in the form uncovering your personal information.
5.Termination of the agreement. Without damage to any other rights the author can terminate the present agreement at non-observance of conditions and limitations of the given agreement that will bind you to delete all available copies and component parts of the program.

THE COPYRIGHT
All property rights and copyrights to the program (including any internal graphics images in it, sound recordings and the text), printed materials accompanying her and any copies of the program belong to its author. All rights at the program and the reference subsystem are protected by laws and international agreements on copyrights, and also other laws and the agreements regulating attitudes of the copyright. Therefore, with the program it is necessary to convert as with any other object of the copyright, with that only elimination, that the program is authorized to be placed on the number of computers indicated in the license and to save a first copy provided that he will be used only as archive or a backup copy. Copying of printed materials accompanying the program is forbidden.

MEDIA
The program can deliver on several kinds of media. Irrespective of their kind and capacity it is authorized to use only media of one kind which corresponds to your computer or a network server. It is not authorized to make the installation from other media on other computers, to grant media in hire or in temporary use or to concede them for usage in other purposes.

LICENSING
The non registered copy can be used during 30 days. You can extend this term by writing mail to us.
