Capsa License Agreement

This license applies to Capsa 6.x series. By using, copying, transmitting,
distributing or installing Capsa, you shall agree to all of the terms of
this License. If you do not agree to any term of this License, please do
not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install Capsa.


Copyright

This software has been copyrighted by Colasoft Co., Ltd since 2001. The
use and copyright of this software is governed by the laws of China and
International Intellectual Property Protection Treaties. Colasoft
retains full title and rights to this software and documentation
related, and in no way does the license granted diminish the
intellectual property rights of Colasoft. You must not redistribute the
license keys in written, electronic, or any other form.


Single User License

One single user licensed copy of this software may be used by a specific
individual who is licensed to use the software on his/her PC, or on
his/her portable or home computer.
If the Software is installed on a networked system, or on a computer
connected to a file server or other system that physically allows shared
access to the Software, Licensee agrees to prevent use of the Software
by more than one user.

If you want to install the Software on a network and provide access for
more than one user, you should purchase additional single-user license.
Additional single-user licenses are not concurrent-user licenses (that
is, each additional single-user license is associated with a specific
individual).

One machine-readable copy of the software may be made for BACK-UP
PURPOSES ONLY, and the copy shall display all proprietary notices, and
be labeled externally to show that the back-up copy is the property of
Colasoft, and that its use is subject to this License. Documentation in
whole or part may not be copied.

Licensee may transfer its rights under this License, PROVIDED that the
party to whom such rights are transferred agrees to the terms and
conditions of this License. Licensee agrees and certifies that neither
the Software nor any software product containing code generated by the
Software: (a) is being or will be shipped, transferred or re-exported,
directly or indirectly, into any country prohibited by the United States
Export Administration Act and the regulations thereunder, or (b) will be
used for any purpose prohibited by same.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL
COLASOFT. BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU
HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the People`s Republic of
China and International Intellectual Property Protection Treaties.

Distribution

The demo version of Capsa may be distributed freely in its original
unmodified and unregistered form. The distribution has to include all
files of its original distribution. Distributors may not charge any
money for it. Anyone distributing this software for any kind of
remuneration must first contact us for authorization.

Colasoft does not grant you the right to give away, sell, license or
otherwise distribute the full/evaluation version of Capsa.


Other Restrictions

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this
software in any way, including changing or removing any messages or
windows.
