END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This license applies to the evaluation version of the HHD Software product.
If you are going to use registered version of the product, see the section titled "Registered Version" below.
Free version of the software is distributed under the terms in "Free Version" section (see below).

EVALUATION LICENSE
The following license applies to the evaluation version of the product. If you have purchased a license for the registered version of the product, see the section "Registered Version" below. If you are using the Free Version, see the section "Free Version" below.
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by HHD Software your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Evaluation and Registration
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 14 days (subject to change, consult product page for most recent information). If you use this software after the evaluation period a registration fee is required. The software can be purchased on-line at http://www.hhdsoftware.com. Credit card ordering and quantity discounts are available, as described on-line. When payment is received you will be sent registration information for purchased product.
Unregistered use of the product after the evaluation period is over is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which the software may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

There is no charge for any of the above. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

FREE VERSION
The HHD Software Company through this License Agreement grants to you non-exclusive and non-transferable rights thereunder in respect of using a copy of the computer program for a service life thereof, i.e. for a time period throughout which HHD Software shall maintain and make available an updated version thereof. This particular software version is distributed free of charge, therefore, the applicable license is only granted for home use thereof. In case of this free version, the program is not subject to any guarantees, and the user has no right to any technical support whatsoever.

There are the following license types currently available for this Software Product:

3 Month License
A 3 Month License allows the Licensee to use the Software for the period of three months and receive full support and updates available for this product for free during the period of three months.

A 6 Month License allows the Licensee to use the Software for the period of six months and receive full support and updates available for this product for free during the period of six months.

Regular License
The Regular License generally allows you to install one single copy of the software on per-user or per-computer basis. That means that the software can either be used by the single user on multiple computers or by multiple users on the single computer.
