License Agreement

By purchasing images from IconoMan, You, the purchaser, agree to the terms of this agreement.

You may use the images from IconoMan in commercial and personal design projects, software or Internet products. You may display the images in documentation, help files, and advertising materials. You are free to sell and distribute your products and projects using purchased images without further royalty fees.

All icon files are provided "As is." You agree not to hold IconoMan liable for any negative result that may occur during the course of using the images.

You agree that all ownership and copyright of the images remain property of IconoMan. You may not resell, distribute, lease, license or sub-license the images, or a subset of the images, or any modified images to any third party unless they are incorporated into your own software or design products.
