License Agreement:

Please read this legal document carefully. Use of the Liquib
software constitutes your acceptance of these terms. This
software must not be installed or used if you do not agree
with the terms of this agreement.


Copyright:

The Liquib software and the accompanying photographs are
owned and copyrighted by Jeff L. Holcomb and are protected by
international copyright laws. This Liquib Trial package can be
freely redistributed, provided that all files from the original
installation are included.


Disclaimer of Warranty:

This software and any accompanying files are sold "as is"
and without warranties as to performance or merchantability
or any other warranties whether expressed or implied.
Because of the various hardware and software environments
into which this software might be installed, no warranty of
fitness for a particular purpose is offered.

The user must assume the entire risk of using this software.


License Registration:

This fully-functional Liquib package is initially provided on a
trial basis. Continued use of this product requires that it be
purchased and registered. The Registration Key supplied when
Liquib is purchased is for the sole use of the registered buyer,
and must not be shared or redistributed in any form. Any such
violation would be cause for revoking the license registration
and disabling the software.

The product can be installed and registered on any computers
that the customer owns. The purchaser is entitled to free
upgrades when new versions of the software are released.
Registration Keys will be reissued up to three times upon
request when needed, such as when a new computer is purchased,
a hard drive is reformatted, etc.
