License Agreement

Magic Magnify is protected by copyright.

By using Magic Magnify, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the appropriate license agreement below.

Commercial Use

1. You may use the product on one website per license. This could be your website or a website you build/maintain for someone else. The term "one website" means a single website of a single person or organisation. (In most cases, that would be a single domain, although there could feasibly be multiple websites on a single domain e.g. through the use of subdomains).
2. You may not sell, redistribute or offer for download any of our products in any form or on any medium, whether original or modified or for profit or not.
3. You agree not to alter or remove and comments in the source code.
4. You agree not to use the product on illegal sites, or on pages which contain illegal material. The terms of this agreement shall be governed by English law, therefore you may not use the script at all in jurisdictions where this agreement is itself illegal, or where you are not empowered to enter into such an agreement.
5. You guarantee not to hold Magic Toolbox responsible for any problems you may encounter, whether directly, indirectly or not at all caused by your use of any of our products.

Non-Commercial Use

1. You may use the product free of charge on non-commercial websites subject to the terms of this license. A non-commercial website means:
a. personal or hobby sites which generate no revenue (whether from advertising, commissions, sales or any other income);
b. websites owned and maintained by a charitable or not-for-profit organisations;
c. websites owned and maintained by a school, college or other educational institution.
2. You may not use the product on commercial websites without first obtaining a commercial use license. A commercial website means:
a. any site which is built, owned or maintained by a profit-making person or organisation, even if the site itself doesn`t generate any revenue;
b. any site which does generate revenue, even if it`s otherwise non-commercial;
c. government, government-agency or political-party websites.
3. If you wish to use the product for a commercial website, you must purchase a license for commercial use. You cannot agree to these terms on behalf of a third-party - if your own interest in the site is in any way commercial (for example, a freelancer being paid to build it) then a commercial license is always required, even if the site is for a non-commercial organisation.
4. You may not sell, redistribute or offer for download any of our products in any form or on any medium, whether original or modified or for profit or not.
5. You must place a visible link from your website back to this one. You can use an image or a text link.
6. You must add this copyright notice in the HTML source code of each web page which uses the product:
