NAntBuilder End user license agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SOFTWARE

By using this software, you are agreeing to the terms of this license. This End-User License Agreement(EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author (NAntBuilder.com) of this software for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

1. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP

All versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The sole property belongs to NAntBuilder.com. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be duplicated, sold, distributed or utilized in any manner not described herein without the prior written consent of NAntBuilder.com. Parties interested in licensing the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for other than personal use should contact NAntBuilder.com at sales@nantbuilder.com.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE.

The licenses granted in this section are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA. Upon acceptance of this Agreement, the author of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software. You may install and use the Software as permitted by the license type purchased as described below. The license type purchased is specified in the payment receipt.

3. LICENSE TYPES.

Single User License: Under the terms of a Single User License, you may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single machine.

Site License: Under the terms of a Site License, you may distribute and install an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in your organization.

Trial License: Under the terms of a Trial License, you may use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for Evaluation purposes only. You may use the Software to test whether it meets your requirements. You agree that you will delete the Software from your computer systems when the trial period expired, or purchase a license to allow you to continue using the Software.

4. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS.

Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, Disassembly and Change the resources in the compiled the assembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

SEPARATION OF COMPONENTS.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

SOFTWARE TRANSFER.
You may not transfer your rights or license to another person or entity without written permission from the Author of this Software.

TERMINATION.
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY.

NO WARRANTIES.
The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this Software is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
