END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT for NETEagle

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by ThemeSoft development, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

The computer software, artwork and other components included in this version of product (collectively the "Software") are the exclusive copyrighted property of ThemeSoft Development.

You must not sell, rent, lease or sublicense all or any portion of the Software; modify or prepare derivative works of the Software; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software; publish serial numbers or serial number generation algorithms.

The Software is shareware. Our software is available for free download and use. During 14 days, no functional limitations in the trial version. If you want to get the full version of NETEagle Xtreme, a license fee is required.

THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THE SOFTWARE.
