Disclaimer

This desktop software, known as "Note-A-Phi by Enigma Creations" and any documentation are provided "as is" and without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which this program may be installed, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program, including, but not limited to, the risk of data loss or hardware failure. Any liability of Enigma Creations, or any intermediate delivery agent, will be limited exclusively to replacement of this software. Enigma Creations neither assumes nor accepts any liability for the loss of data, or any consequential damages resulting from the loss of data due to the use, misuse, or lack of use of any function of this software.

License

As a user or holder of this software, the following rights and conditions apply:

You may: (a) Install and execute the software on ONE (1) workstation per purchased license; (b) Create ONE backup copy of the software to guard against loss of the CD-ROM or the software installation file; (c) distribute the UNREGISTERED demo version of the software to others provided that the software is distributed in its original media or archives with all original internal files intact AND that no registration key is distributed or provided in any way.

You may not: (a) Publish, distribute or otherwise divulge the software registration key to ANY other party; (b) Reverse engineer, de-compile, or otherwise disassemble the software for any purpose whatsoever; (c) provide the software to others for a monetary charge, (d) copy or reuse the CD-ROM, contents, images, screens or portion of a screen contained in the software for any use whatsoever, without the express written consent of Enigma Creations.

This license grants you the right to use the software until such rights are specifically revoked by Enigma Creations. This license does not in any way imply any ownership or other rights of use beyond those specifically granted above.
