PHONETRAY FREE Software License Agreement

All versions of PHONETRAY FREE are protected by copyright and the sole property
of Traysoft, Inc. Commercial use of this version is expressly prohibited without
prior written consent of Traysoft, Inc. PHONETRAY FREE may not be duplicated, sold,
distributed or utilized in any manner not described herein without the prior
written consent of Traysoft, Inc. Parties interested in licensing PHONETRAY FREE
for other than personal use should contact Traysoft, Inc. at info@traysoft.com.

1. Use of the Product. You may use it on as many computers as are required.

2. Distributing Copies of the Product. You may make copies of your copy of the product
to give to others, as long as it is unmodified from the original download. You may
not sell copies of the product for a profit (distribution companies may charge
their normal shipping and handling fees, not to exceed $5 US per copy). If a copy
of PHONETRAY FREE is distributed, we ask an email be sent notifying Traysoft, Inc.
of such distrubtion at info@traysoft.com

3. PHONETRAY FREE is a freeware product. It may be used free of charge.

4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traysoft, Inc. disclaims all
warranties pertaining to this software, expressed or implied, including but not
limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. In no event shall Traysoft, Inc. be liable for special, consequential,
incidental or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use this
software even if Traysoft, Inc. is aware of the possibility of such damages or
known defects.

5. Any feature requests or feature submissions become the immediate property of
Traysoft, Inc.
