END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This document is a legal Agreement between you, the licensee, and Private Dancer Technologies. Please read this Agreement carefully before installing the program. By installing the program, you accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, quit this installation procedure and promptly delete the files.

1. COPYRIGHT
The "Private Dancer" (the "Software") is owned by Private Dancer Technologies and is protected by international copyright laws. Private Dancer Technologies reserves all rights with respect to the Software and other documentation under all applicable laws for the protection of proprietary information, including, but not limited to, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks and patents. All Rights Reserved.

2. LICENSE
The Software is FREE for your use.

You may not alter, attempt to disassemble or reverse engineer this Software.

Private Dancer Technologies grants you rights to use the Software on a single user computer, or on a single terminal or workstation of a multi-user computer or local area network, or on multiple computers.

3. COPY RESTRICTIONS
A. This Software is copyrighted and is proprietary product of Private Dancer Technologies. You may make one copy of the Software for backup or archival purposes. All other copying of the Software is expressly forbidden.
B. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, copy, transfer, or otherwise use the Software except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
C. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, you shall not cause or permit unauthorized copying, reproduction or disclosure of any portion of the program, or any passwords, registration codes, instructions, manuals, or other documentation, or the delivery or distribution of any part thereof to any third person or entity, for any purpose whatsoever. This restriction shall continue to bind you and your agents and representatives beyond the termination of this Agreement.

4. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate this license at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This license will terminate automatically, without notice from Private Dancer Technologies, if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon such termination, you shall destroy all copies of the Software.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY
The Software is supplied "AS IS". Private Dancer Technologies disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software.

6. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
Private Dancer Technologies assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Software, even if Private Dancer Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages.





Minimum system requirements: Windows 95, 5mb of available hard disk space.
